I just wanted to add an update to this and mention that the Lincoln MKZ cluster enabled the reverse mirror tilt in my car. So I think that feature has been removed from 2018+ FFS firmware, but of course the Lincolns have it so if you swap the IPC you can enable that in 2018+ cars. DPHEgF.
